Asked for strawberry shake... Got strawberry milk... Took the longest time giving us our orders... Didn't waste my time arguing... Threw it away... Little options of flavors... Excellent place to get what you didn't ask for.

We got to the cold stone at 7:30 and as soon as we opened the door the old man yelled at us saying they were closed when clearly on te door it said 8:00 so we went to baskin robins since they always treat us well

It was so hot outside! We were looking for some ice cream and found Cold Stone tucked away in a cute shopping center. Wow, that experience with the cold stone and watching our ice cream being hand churned was second to none. Toppings and ice cream you can pick and choose from, or a pre tasted option displayed in picture descriptions tantalizing every possible taste was on display. The boys didn't even mind that one of our party came back in for their own concoction after tasting one of ours and left us more than satisfied with the service and ice cream. We will be back!

The place is supposed to close at 10 on Friday evening. I tried to open the door to go in at 9:45, and it was locked. They can do whatever they want, but when I walk down there and they're supposed to be open, it's kind of a pain when I'm turning around and going back home because they didn't keep to their schedule. Maybe the store should change its closing to "WHENEVER."

Here the ice cream is amazing, the staff were friendly, and everything was overall nice. My only complaint is the same for all Coldstones (it's a wee bit expensive for what you get).

The man that helped us was a middle aged man (seemed to be a manager) and was the nicest guy we met during our trip. He was so kind and helpful with tips and advice on what to see and where to go next. We sat and talked to him for a good 20 minutes. People like him are hard to come by in the service industry. He deserves a big raise. Thank you kind sir.

Went there today and their ice cream was delicious!! Not only that, the staff was awesome, they were so friendly and welcoming!! They let us sample their ice cream selection without making it feel awkward. We sat in the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view all while enjoying our ice cream!! My family and I will definitely return to this location of Coldstone Creamery!!
